Chlorella is a monocellular round green algae. Fossil remains indicate that it was present even over 2.5 billion years ago.
It is a freshwater green algae, high in protein, and it is particularly suitable for people who do not consume food of animal origin. The recommended daily intake is 12-40 tablets (1 tablet/250mg). Take with water several times per day. 40 tablets equal 10g of chlorella.
