When consuming the package, we recommend:
For the first 15 days, take 2 scoops (10 g) of OK!Digestion in a glass of water in the morning, mix and drink.
For the next 15 days, take 2 scoops (10 g) of OK!WaterOut in a glass of water in the morning.
