1. HYDRATATION
This is essential for the appearance of your skin. Water is the main ingredient that makes up our skin and helps keep it hydrated and supple. When skin lacks hydration, it can appear dull, dry and more prone to wrinkles, which can make you look older and more tired.
To keep your skin hydrated and healthy, it is recommended that you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, or about 2 litres. This amount of water intake will help flush toxins from your body, keep your skin hydrated and give it a youthful and radiant appearance.
