First 25 days:
Day Detox Tea: (for 25 days) In the morning, add 5 g (1 teaspoon) of instant tea mixture to a cup, pour warm or cold water (150 ml), stir and drink. The recommended daily amount is 5 g (1 teaspoon).
Night Detox Tea: (for 24 days) In the evening, about half an hour before going to bed, add 5 g (1 teaspoon) of instant tea mixture to a cup, pour warm or cold water (150 ml), stir and drink. The recommended daily amount is 5 g (1 teaspoon).
Next 25 days:
Detox Aqua Attack: (for 25 days) Mix 1 scoop (5 g) in a glass of water (200 ml) in the morning and drink.
No Bloat Tea: (for 24 days) Before lunch, add 5 g (1 teaspoon) of instant tea mix to a cup, pour warm or cold water (150 ml), stir and drink. The recommended daily amount is 5 g (1 teaspoon).
Last 25 days:
Detox Belly Burn: (for 25 days) Mix 1 scoop (5 g) in a glass of water (200 ml) in the morning and drink.
