USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Vitamin C: The recommended daily amount is 5 g (1 scoop). Mix in a glass of water and consume as soon as the powder dissolves. With 5 g of powder, you intake 1000 mg vitamin C.
Vitamin D3 powder: The recommended daily dose is 5 g (1 scoop) along with a high-fat meal.
B-Complex: The recommended daily amount is 5 g (1 scoop). Mix in a glass of water and consume as soon as the powder dissolves. With 5 g of powder, you intake 50 mg of B-complex, which satisfies the daily needs for this group of vitamins.
Detox Immune: Mix 1 scoop (5 g) in a glass of water (200 mL) and drink.
